I looked into getting a bumper chromed locally a few years ago and had the same problem, but I came across a NOS bumper so I used that instead. I'm sure there's gotta be *somone*... for some reason "Sandy's Bumper Mart" comes to mind, but not sure why. Did you try checking some of the big hot-rodding sites on the web for suggestions? Or find a car with nice chrome at a cruise night and I'm sure you'll get a lead :-)
